Pendaflex Hanging Folders  

Office organization items remain the strong suit for Pendaflex. They have led the market in filing supplies made from recycled paper to the point where they were the first to exceed the U.S. Environment Protection Agency's (EPA) call for 30% recycled content. The "Earthwise" line is created of 100% recycled materials. The products offered in this line include hanging and standard file folders and their file 'pockets' and file 'wallets'. At least 50% is made up of "post consumer material content." This company was also a pace-setter in using color-coded filing systems. Color coding makes it possible to instantly spot misfiled hangers when using color blocks. Research has found that using color folders can reduce "finding time" by more than one-third. The lighter color on the inside of the files will also help prevent misfiling.

Some recent innovations Pendaflex has released include the Ready-Tab® Color Hanging Folders.  The advantage in using this line is the clear tabs are already attached in different positions. There are also reinforced strips along the top of the file and the bottom where folded to provide long wear. In fact, they are guaranteed for life. Included in your purchase are printer-ready sheets for labeling the tabs. The folders are available in letter or legal size, seven colors, and assorted packages of colors with 20 or 25 folders in each packet. There are also two inch expandable files available in this line with a reinforced insert you can add to the bottom of the file for additional support. They come in packets of 25 with either 5 assorted colors or the Standard Green only. They are available to hold either letter or legal size files. 

The standard lines of hanging folders from Pendaflex include Pink hanging folders whose sales will help benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation®. Pendaflex has a heavy duty file hanger, the SureHook™ Reinforced Hanging Folder. These files have a tension spring built into the hanger so the rods will hold more and the hooks will stay on track. No additional equipment will be required to install these into your current system. They are available in letter, legal and 2" expandable sizes. Another heavier folder is their Premium Reinforced Hanging Folders available in several colors and in assorted, or single color, packs of 25. They also offer a specialty folder for X-Rays which measures 14"H x 18"W and envelopes for keeping each separated.
 
Pendaflex hanging folders also come in Extra Capacity folders with or without boxed bottoms.
